FollowTurk offers an affiliate program for earning commissions.
FollowTurk may modify or terminate affiliate accounts at any time.
제휴 프로그램을 조작, 악용 또는 남용하려는 모든 시도 — 자체 추천 수수료를 생성하기 위한 다중 계정 생성, 추천 보너스를 트리거하기 위한 가짜 또는 일회용 계정 사용, 수수료를 인위적으로 부풀리기 위한 제3자와의 조정, 또는 다른 형태의 제휴 사기 등을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음 — 은 아래 나열된 처벌을 받게 됩니다.
예시: 사용자가 제휴 시스템을 조작하여 사기적으로 50달러의 수수료를 벌면 총 처벌은 1,000달러 (20 × 50달러)가 됩니다. 이 처벌 구조는 남용을 방지하고 합법적 참가자를 위한 제휴 프로그램의 무결성을 보호하도록 설계되었습니다.
FollowTurk는 거래 패턴 분석 및 행동 프로파일링을 포함하여 업계 표준 사기 탐지 시스템을 사용하여 제휴 활동을 모니터링합니다. 모든 제휴 거래는 언제든지 검토 및 감사 대상이 됩니다.
1111. 책임 제한
FOLLOWTURK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
FollowTurk is not responsible for third-party platform actions.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
1212. 신원 확인 (KYC)
FollowTurk는 특히 의심스럽거나 비정상적인 계정 활동이 감지될 때 언제든지 사용자에게 신원 확인 (Know Your Customer / KYC)을 요청할 권리를 보유합니다. 이 확인은 사기를 방지하고 관련 법률 및 규정 준수를 보장하며 플랫폼의 모든 사용자의 보안을 보호하기 위해 수행됩니다.
KYC 인증이 요청되면 인증 프로세스가 완료될 때까지 귀하의 계정이 일시적으로 정지됩니다. 24시간 이내에 다음 문서를 제출해야 합니다:
- 정부 발급 사진 신분증 (앞면 및 선택적으로 뒷면)
- 신분증을 들고 찍은 셀카
- 거래에 사용된 결제 카드 사진 (보안을 위해 카드 번호 일부 가릴 수 있음)
24시간 기한 내에 KYC 인증을 완료하지 못하면 계정이 영구적으로 정지되고 보류 중인 입금이 자동으로 환불됩니다. FollowTurk는 또한 제출된 문서가 명확하지 않거나, 무효하거나, 인증 요구 사항을 충족하지 못할 경우 거부하고 재제출을 요청할 수 있습니다.
저희 서비스를 사용함으로써 귀하는 FollowTurk가 단독 재량으로 신원 확인을 요구할 수 있으며, 이를 준수하지 않을 경우 계정이 종료될 수 있음을 인정하고 동의합니다.
1313. 해지
FollowTurk may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Upon termination, remaining balance may be forfeited.
1414. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or AAA arbitration.
